HOROZCOPO: Subscription Terms

These Subscription and In-App Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of subscription-based services (“Subscription”) and one-time in-app purchases (“In-App Purchases”) offered by UVCODEX LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) through Horozcopo (the “App”). By purchasing a Subscription or making an In-App Purchase, you agree to these Terms, as well as our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Subscription or In-App Purchases.

1. Types of Purchases

  1. Subscriptions: We may offer various subscription plans, such as monthly or yearly terms, granting you access to premium features or exclusive content.
  2. In-App Purchases (One-Time Payments): In addition to subscriptions, we may offer one-time purchase options (e.g., purchasing tokens for additional zodiac predictions or other premium content) within the App.

2. Free Trials for Subscriptions

  1. Eligibility: From time to time, we may offer free trial periods for certain Subscription plans. Eligibility requirements and trial duration may vary.
  2. Conversion to Paid Subscription: If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription, and the applicable payment method will be charged for the Subscription fee.

3. Auto-Renewal and Billing (Subscriptions Only)

  1. Auto-Renewal: All Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  2. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) on or near the calendar day corresponding to your initial Subscription purchase.
  3. Payment Processing: Payment processing is managed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or payment processors (“Payment Provider”). By initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Payment Provider’s terms and conditions.
  4. Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or other accepted forms of payment) through the Payment Provider.
  5. Failed Payments: If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, we or the Payment Provider may attempt to process the payment again. If the payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or cancel your Subscription.

4. In-App Purchases (One-Time Payments)

  1. Nature of In-App Purchases: One-time In-App Purchases (such as tokens for additional zodiac predictions) provide access to specific features or content within the App. These purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
  2. Payment Processing: All In-App Purchases are processed through the applicable Payment Provider. You agree to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Payment Provider.
  3. Usage and Expiration: Some items purchased via a one-time payment (e.g., tokens) may be available for a set period or until they are used up within the App. Please review the details within the App before completing your purchase.
  4. No Transfer or Resale: In-App Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be resold or traded.

5. Price Changes

  1. Subscription Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. If the price of your Subscription changes, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification) and an opportunity to review the new price before the change goes into effect.
  2. In-App Purchase Price Changes: We may also change the price of one-time In-App Purchases at any time. Price changes for these purchases will be reflected in the App.
  3. Continued Use: Any subscription price changes will apply to the next renewal term. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings in the applicable third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. In-App Purchase Refunds: Refund requests for one-time In-App Purchases must be directed to the applicable Payment Provider, subject to their refund policies.
  3. No Pro-Rated Refunds: Unless otherwise stated by law or by the Payment Provider’s policy, we typically do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

7. License and Restrictions

  1. Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the premium content you have purchased for your personal, non-commercial use.
  2. Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the purchased content. Any use beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the Subscription or purchased content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither UVCODEX LLC nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your Subscription or In-App Purchases.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email, in-app notification, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of any Subscription or In-App Purchase content after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your Subscription and/or discontinue use of the purchased content.
